For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", "our" refer to SpeakEntra, whose operational office is 4-30-28, Gaddipati vari Street, Ithanagar, Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, 522201. The terms "you", "your", "user", "student", or "customer" refer to any individual who visits our website, contacts us via WhatsApp, or enrolls in our services.
Students will receive live, interactive classes (Mon–Sat) for one full month as per the communicated schedule on WhatsApp.
If a class is canceled by SpeakEntra, it will be compensated.
There may be occasional changes or cancellations, for which SpeakEntra will notify in advance and arrange make-up sessions where applicable.
SpeakEntra follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellations policy under all circumstances.
The course fee is fixed as communicated personally/shown on this website during enrollment.
No additional or hidden charges are applicable by us beyond the agreed fee.
For group class enrollees, missed classes will not be compensated.
For private/one-on-one students, missed classes can be compensated, but excessive rescheduling or postponement may lead to cancellation of make-up rights.
Recordings of live sessions are not provided.
Supplementary materials may or may not be provided, depending on the course format.
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during live sessions and in any interaction with SpeakEntra, its tutors, and fellow participants.
SpeakEntra reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment without refund if they violate classroom decorum or engage in inappropriate behavior.
SpeakEntra is not obligated to provide justification for such termination decisions.
SpeakEntra does not share your personal data with third parties.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
The content on our website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned or properly licensed by SpeakEntra.
Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any content is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
Any external images used are attributed in compliance with their license terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tenali, Andhra Pradesh.
SpeakEntra is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services, platforms, or content.
While we strive to offer a quality educational experience, we do not guarantee specific results. Course outcomes depend on individual effort and participation.
